Accidental Band
The Trailer Park Queens were formed ( by accident ) in Feb 2022, when a couple of musical moms got together to play a fundraiser for Mental Health in their local community of Stettler. They kept getting asked to play for other events after that, which then required a band name, promo shots, swag, gear, more gear and continues to catch insane momentum ! Also - they are having too much fun to quit ! So who are the Trailer Park Queens ??
Tobi Vos was born and raised in Mirror, AB. She has been a singer since she was a child, and performing as a solo artist, as well as fronting multiple bands, from Alberta to Nashville, for decades. She has written and recorded her own songs and had songs recorded by other artists as well.
Marci Jo Spady grew up near Buffalo Lake, AB. In school she loved drama and singing, so after graduation she followed her passions to Vancouver, where she studied performing arts. She has a big personality, a great sense of humour and keeps you entertained with shenanigans onstage.
The Queens recently were a huge hit at the Ol' MacDonald's Music Festival, where they joined the roster of other popular Canadian and Alberta Acts such as Corb Lund, Tim Hus, Steve Newsome, Naomi Bristow, Trevor Panczak and more ! They are invited back for the 2023 line-up after an overwhelming crowd response to their debut performance. Tobi and Marci's fun personalities and talent make for an energetic and engaging show to watch. 2023 is shaping up to be a busy year !
Music
The Queens are lovers of all music genres … but came together over a love of 90’s country music ! Both raised in rural Central AB, they grew up 15 minutes from each other, where Country and Classic Rock were what their parents listened to.
If you book the Trailer Park Queens for your event, we play Country, Rock & Pop mostly. If you have a preference, we can taylor our set list for your audience, because we love to sing it all !

We have 2 packages -
Mini Show: if you are on a budget but want live music for and hour or two at your event, we can play using back tracks and /or acoustic guitar.
Full Band Package: For larger venues and events (rodeo’s, weddings, fundraisers, etc) we have Full band available for back-up ( prices to be negotiated based on event / requirements)
